Covid-19 policy update

White Bird is dedicated to the health and safety of our community, performers,

staff, volunteers, and patrons.

Therefore, following White Bird Protocols, all audience members will be required to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination OR proof of a negative COVID-19 test.  “Fully Vaccinated” means that ticket holders have received their final vaccination dose of either the two-dose regimen of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines or one dose of Johnson & Johnson at least 14 days before your ticketed performance date.  A negative COVID-19 PCR test must be taken within 72 hours of the performance start time.

Proof of Vaccination: Patrons must bring an electronic, photo, or paper copy of their full vaccination card with them to the performance along with a valid drivers license or other government issued ID matching the name on the card.

Proof of COVID-19 Test Result: Patrons must bring an electronic, photo, or paper copy of a negative COVID-19 test result. Please note that test result documentation must be directly from the healthcare provider that performed the test along with a valid driver’s license or other government issued ID matching the name on the COVID-19 test result.

Those under 18 years of age must show proof of full COVID-19 Vaccination OR proof of negative COVID-19 test.  Those under 18 years of age must show a school photo ID or government issued ID to accompany their proof of vaccination or proof of negative COVID-19 test.  If no ID is possessed the person under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who meets the COVID-19 vaccination or COVID-19 test requirements.  Children under age 5 must also provide a negative COVID-19 test result.  A negative COVID-19 PCR test must be taken within 72 hours of the performance start time.

 

Masks are also required for ALL attendees over 5 years of age, and are to be worn at all times while in the performance facilities.  Masks must completely cover nose and mouth and have ear loops, or similar, to hold in place.  Gaiters and bandanas are not acceptable.
