U.S. PREMIERE. White Bird Uncaged (formerly White Bird/ PSU Dance Series) was launched in 2000 with Trisha Brown, the most widely acclaimed artist of the postmodern era, and it is her revolutionary genius that truly inspires this series. After a 10-year absence, the Trisha Brown Dance Company will return with Trisha Brown’s brilliantly inventive work, featuring the U.S premiere of her newest creation, based on her fascination with sculpture and calligraphy.
